Thanksgiving and my birthday

We had a pretty good Thanksgiving this year. Chantry's parents always go out of town for Thanksgiving so we had a dinner the Saturday before. It was so nice and yummy. I think that Thanksgiving dinner has to be my favorite. I seriously look forward to it all year.

On Thanksgiving day we went to my parents and my aunt Joyce and her family came. It was such a nice dinner. I love Thanksgiving. It is such a good holiday. I wish we took more time to be thankful for what we have.

I am so thankful for my sweet husband. He is my world and is perfect for me! He took such good care of me when I was pregnant and especially when I was recovering from my c-section. I am also thankful for Ethan. Having to wait two years to get him makes me extra thankful. He was a blessing that we were beginning to think was not going to happen. He is my miracle angel baby and I love him with all of my heart. I am so thankful for our families. We have the BEST parents in the world. Chantry's mom was my labor and delivery nurse and it meant the world to me to have her there. Afterward she and my mom took care of me for weeks til I was able to take care of myself and Ethan on my own.

There is so much more to be thankful for but this post would be a novel at the end. I have such a good life!

I had my birthday on the 29th. I can't believe that I am now 28. Where did the time go? I still feel about 24. We celebrated with Chantry's family one night and then mine another night. On my actual birthday my mom watched Ethan for a little bit while Chantry took me out to dinner. We went to Texas Roadhouse. We had never been and we liked it. It was nice to have some time together. It was a all around a pretty good birthday.
